Open Carry needs to be added to the changes.  The majority of Virginians do not have CHP's and restricting carry modes limits individuals for no good reason.  If I am out in the forest why would anyone care if I was openly carrying my pistol in a holster or concealing it under a coat?  

Please change the wording to add open carry as an option.   We can open carry everywhere else in the state so why limit forests?  If the changes aren't made I think Bob McDonnell may have something to say when he calls you to his office. :-)
