I support the proposed regulation, but also want open carry to be acknowledged in the rule as legal as well.  When the current Governor, Bob McDonnell, was the Attorney General, he published a legal opinion that State Parks and other state agencies DID NOT HAVE THE POWER TO BAN OPENLY CARRIED HANDGUNS.

I agree with Bob McDonnell's interpretation of the law and his legal opinion as well.  Therefore, I want both concealed and open carry to be legal in State Parks.
