With an increase in drug and gang crime as well as rabid animals I some times feel intimadated using the outdoor resources the state provides.  I don't fish, or hike where I am not allowed to defend myself.  This effectively lets the bad guys win.  With concealed and open carry more Virginians would feel free to explore our great Commonwealth.
