Need both concealed and open carry to be permitted..This is necessary for two reasons:

1. The intent of state law should be respected.   Allowing concealed carry and open carry is consistent with the law of our state.

2. Both open and concealed is carry since while carrying concealed, one can easily and unintentionally open carry siimply by having an article of clothing misarrainged.   This would lead to violations.  Fewer laws mean fewer violators.  This translates to less expense for government, and less hassle for citizens.  I also feel that the fewer aggrivating small laws we have, the more respect people have for law in general.
