When does the Dept. of Forestry right their own interpertation of State laws in which the Park is located?  Futher more, how can the Department be so nieve of the fact that when a Criminal wants to attack someone he mainly seeks out a enviroment where he is control of his victum without the worry about them being able to defend themselfs against his or her aggression.  I support the bill which allows citizens to be able to defend themselfs and their families if the need arises from those who seek to do them harm.
