I support the change to allow guns to be carried in State Forrests, but do not understand why carry must be concealed, since open carry of firearms is permitted virtually anywhere else in any Virginia owned facility.  Hopefully Governor McDonnell and Attorney General Cuccinell will rectify this omission.
