I support the proposed rule change, but the change should also allow lawful open carry.  This would make the rules for carrying in state forests consistent with the rest of the commonwealth.  Open carry is needed because there are some times (e.g., summertime) when wearing extra clothing to conceal a firearm is neither practical nor comfortable.
