I  support the rule change, but would also like to see open carry allowed. I believe that a person is responsible for his own safety and protection. If  a situation presents itself where your life is in jeopardy, you have no chance to call for the police or ranger out in the boonies. It then becomes my responsibility to assess the threat presented .My  firearm may be my only defense and should be my lawful right to protect myself in the absence of the authorities.
