I strongly support the rules change allowing citizens to be armed while exploring our State Forests. Concealed Carry with appropriate permit is a huge step forward, but I don't understand the limitation. Open carry or concealed carry we're still held to the same standard of conduct. I strongly advise a change in the proposed rules supporting both open and concealed carry for our citizens.
