I am very happy to hear of this proposed rule change.  Reversing the unsafe and unconstitutional ban on carrying concealed weapons in State Forests is a step in the right direction.  However, many people who do not have concealed carry permits, or for other reasons wish to carry openly, should also be permitted to carry guns.  These people have just as much need for firearms in the woods.  Therefore, I respectfully request that otherwise lawful open carry also be allowed.
