I agree with Mr. VanCleave and the Virginia Citizens Defense League in their assertion of Governor R. F. McDonnell's statements.  The citizenry must be able to defend themselves if they so choose.  The decision to carry is not a decision taken lightly by responsible owners.  The decision of HOW to carry should be made by the owner, not the Park Service.
