It is about time that Virginia is starting to come to its senses.  I am a disabled veteran and this would allow me to have reasonable health insurance.  Because I have existing conditions and being medically discharged from the Military without medical benefits I can not afford health insurance.  This will allow myself and so many other deserving Virginia residents to have the same benefits they DESERVE!  I have been a resident of Virginia all my life, even while serving 14 years in the military, and paid and still paying my taxes.  Either way Virginia residents will pay taxes for this benefit or for the uninsured.  I think it is a awesome plan.  Let us all press forward for equality and health benefits.
