I wholeheartedly support this action which AT NO COST TO TAXPAYERS would enable people who would otherwise be uninsured to be covered by health insurance. In fact, if these people were insured, it would likely cost taxpayers LESS in emergency medical services typically used by those who are uninsured. Not to mention the improved quality of life and saved lives that would result by more people being covered by health imnsurance.
