This proposal is an excellent way to allow family members to care for one another in a time when health insurance is not accesible to all.  There are many stories of families who have multiple generations living together for financial reasons.  A parent, sibling or adult child who is blocked from health care insurance by a per-existing condition or chronic illness would be able to purchase their needed coverabe through the family members' workplace sponsored insurance benefits.  This would not cost the state or the private business anything as the coverage would be paid by the user.  This would not go against the so called marraige bill, but would allow others to have insurance.  Way to Go!
