Action Summary This action will amend 3 VAC 5-70 to add a new section 95, allowing for the proration of a license fee when a business licensed by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is destroyed by an act of God, including but not limited to fire, earthquake, hurricane, storm, or similar natural disaster or phenomenon.
