PUBLIC NOTICE

A public hearing will be held by the Virginia Resources Commission (VMRC) beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, to consider an application submitted by John K. Hollingsworth (VMRC #2024-0133) requesting a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to construct a timber low profile groin extending 48 feet channelward of mean high water adjacent to an existing boat ramp along the Rappahannock River at 218 Garnett Lane in Essex County.
