Pursuant to Chapter 13 of Title 28.2 of the Code of Virginia, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held by the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) at their meeting beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the Commission meeting room at 380 Fenwick Road, Building 96, Fort Monroe, to consider an application submitted by Alyson Schlobohm to replace an existing groin with a 48-foot long timber low profile groin, install 14 linear feet of new bulkhead return wall, and construct a 6-foot by 6-foot access stair structure along the Rappahannock River shoreline at 158 Pops Lane in Essex County.
