| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting to receive comments on the State Water Control Board's notice of intent to consider amending the Water Quality Standards. The amendments would designate certain tributaries of the Pedlar and North Fork of the Buffalo Rivers and a portion of the North Fork of the Buffalo Rivers as exceptional state waters. The Notice of Intent is to be published in the Virginia Register of Regulations on April 18, 2005. The comment period begins with publication in the Virginia Register of Regulations and closes on may 27, 2005. | |||
