| Purpose of the meeting The College Partnership Laboratory Schools Standing Committee ("Standing Committee") is responsible for developing procedures for receiving, reviewing and ruling on applications from Virginia public colleges and universities to establish laboratory schools. Material for the meeting will be available on the Standing Committee's webpage on the VDOE website (https://www.doe.virginia.gov/data-policy-funding/virginia-board-of-education/board-committee-meetings/college-partnership-laboratory-schools-committee). If the audio or video transmission fails, please contact labschools@doe.virginia.gov, and the team will troubleshoot the issue. As soon as the Standing Committee becomes aware of the problem, the meeting will recess until public access is restored. If the meeting format changes, a subsequent notice will be issued in accordance with ยง 2.2-3707 of the Code of Virginia. The Standing Committee will accept public comment in advance of the meeting through the College Partnership Laboratory Schools Standing Committee Comment Form (https://forms.office.com/g/iS06Vseqwb). This form collects public comments for review by the members of the Standing Committee. Comments received by 5:00 p.m. the day before the meeting will be shared with the members at the meeting. | |
