Also, the Board is scheduled to review and evaluate public comment and requested amendments to proposed regulations and adopt final regualtions for the following regulations: Virginia Certification Standards (13 VAC 5-21), Virginia Amusement Device Regulations (13 VAC 5-31), Virgina Uniform Statewide Building Code (13 VAC 5-61), Standards Governing Operations of Individual and Regional Code Academies/1990 (13 VAC 5-80), and the Statewide Fire Prevention Code (13 VAC 5-51). | |
