| Purpose of the meeting A public meeting for the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to exchange information on technical issues concerninq a permit application such as site-specific information that DEQ may consider when drafting the permit, the standard content of permits, and how the public can provide comment on a draft permit. The permit application is from Synagro Central, LLC for a Virginia Pollution Abatement Permit to authorize the land application of Class B biosolids and WTP residuals to 1,393.4 acres of agricultural land at a controlled rate protective of water quality and human health. The public may review the permit application at the public meeting and at the DEO office named below. | |
