| Purpose of the meeting This is a meeting of the efficiency subcommittee. The 2013 Appropriation Act calls for the Secretary of Natural Resources to convene a continuing stakeholder advisory group (SAG) to examine funding needs for the administration and operation of the soil and water conservation districts and for technical assistance provided by the districts for the implementation of agricultural best management practices needed to meet Virginia's Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP). | |
