| Purpose of the meeting The remote location with telephonic broadcast will be the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, 2943 E Peters Creek Road, Roanoke, Virginia 24019 (Attendees at the remote location should contact Erin Williams at 804-363-9201, if an interruption occurs with the telephonic broadcast.) The Board will meet to receive reports from staff on the charitable gaming program. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |
