| Purpose of the meeting The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. In addition, staff will request the Board’s approval of the following regulatory actions: -Proposed Repeal – 2 VAC 5-460 – Rules and Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Petroleum Products Franchise Act -Draft Proposal – 2 VAC 5-317 – Regulations for Enforcement of the Noxious Weed Law -Draft Proposal – 2 VAC 5-321 – Regulation of the Harvest and Purchase of Wild Ginseng The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||||||
