| Purpose of the meeting There will be two locations for the above meeting: Primary location (as indicated above) and Remote location with telephonic broadcast: Department of Environmental Quality, 3019 Peters Creek Road, Conference Room 600, Roanoke, Virginia. (Attendees at the remote location, please contact Erin Williams at 804-363-9201, if an interruption occurs with the telephonic broadcast.) A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring Board action. However, portions of the meeting may be held in closed session, pursuant to ยง2.2-3711 of the Code of Virginia. At this meeting, the Board will consider the election of a Chair and Vice-chair, as well as the establishment of a Compliance Review Committee. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |
