| Purpose of the meeting The Board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. In conjunction with the Board meeting, a public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. to receive comments on the proposed changes to 2 VAC 5-70, Health Requirements Governing the Control of Equine Infectious Anemia Regulation. In addition, staff will request the Board’s approval of the following: - Proposed language for the new regulation 2 VAC 5-405, Regulations for the Application of Fertilizer to Nonagricultural Lands; and - Repeal of 2 VAC 5-420, Regulations for the Enforcement of the Virginia Gasoline and Motor Fuel Law. The Board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||||||
