| Purpose of the meeting A meeting open to the public to discuss general business matters requiring Board action. The Board will entertain recommendations by staff to adopt as final 11 VAC 15-22, Charitable Gaming Rules and Regulations, to reflect Chapters 160, 226, and 347 of the 2007 Acts of Assembly, and 11 VAC 15-31, Supplier Regulations, to reflect Chapters 196 and 790 of the 2007 Acts of Assembly. The Board will also entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |
