| Purpose of the meeting To receive comment and discuss the use of the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund for Fiscal Year (FY) 2010. Section 606(c) of the Water Quality Act of 1987 requires the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to develop an annual plan that identifies the intended use of its revolving loan funds for construction of publicly owned wastewater treatment facilities and other clean water projects, including the development of a project priority list. The Intended Use Plan for FY 2010 and FY 2010 draft list of targeted loan recipients are open to public comment. The public comment and review period will end at the conclusion of the meeting. | |
