| Purpose of the meeting The purpose of this meeting is to receive public comments (pursuant to §4VAC25-130-773.13(c) of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations) regarding the proposed permit application for Paramont Coal Company Virginia, LLC. The proposed permit area is located 1.2 miles west of McClure, VA., on the McClure River in Dickenson County. The permit application has been submitted under §4VAC25-130-773.11 of the Virginia Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Regulations. Special accommodations for the disabled will be made available at the public meeting on request. Anyone needing special accommodations should contact the DMME Division of Mined Land Reclamation at least seven days prior to the meeting or hearing date. | |
