| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing convened by the Department of Environmental Quality on application for a modification to a minor new source review permit issued to Oi-N Minerals Company. The proposed modification would allow the facility to modify the existing process line; install three conveyors and a batch load out bin to utilitize railcars to load out material from the plant; and replace the existing wet suppression system for the facility with a new wet suppression system. An informational briefing will be held the day of the hearing from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The public comment period begins May 4, 2009 and ends on June 3, 2009. | |
