| Purpose of the meeting The board will meet to discuss issues related to Virginia agriculture and consumer services. In addition, staff will request approval to initiate action to repeal 2 VAC 5-540, Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Carbonated and Still Water Bottling Plants and Beverages. In conjunction with the Board meeting, a public hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. to receive comments on the proposed changes to 2 VAC 5-585, Retail Food Establishment Regulations. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodations in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||||
