Requirements for Award of General Achievement Dipl
Purpose of legislation
The Board of Education shall establish requirements for the award of a general achievement diploma for those persons who have achieved a passing score on the GED examination; successfully completed an education and training program designated by the Board of Education; and satisfied other requirements as may be established by the Board of the award of such diploma. The Board must also include the general achievement diploma in its program for testing for general educational development (GED). Notification of local school divisions required.
