Petition is too broad

While I understand the INTENT of the petition.  Before making a decision, the fact that attorney's will use this to circumvent due process.

It is well known in highly contested custody hearings, that parents often make False allegations of abuse, and then retain high priced " custody evaluators" to substanstiate those false claims.

Should this petition be approved with no safe guards , attorneys will use this " legal loophole" to justify to a court  holding records, denying an individual their right to prepare a proper defense by hiring an expert to review said findings.

While I agree with the petitions purpose and the good intentions behind it, no one can deny that further damage will be caused by hostile parents in a a custody evaluation situation. Until regulations are set for  psychologists claiming to be  unbiased and neutral "evaluators".  This petition should be denied.

You also need to protect children from false allegations , and parents who are falsely accused.
