I do not want the Virginia State Board of Elections to change the form or the rules or requirements, when someone is registering to vote in Virginia. I do not want someone who is not a citizen of the United States of America or of Virginia to be able to vote at all. After they have gone through the legal process to become a citizen, then I am all for them being able to vote.

By changing the rules or requirements of how people are allowed to register to vote, it will enable people to cheat to become a voter and cancel out the votes of citizens.
