That reasonable regulation to enforce basic standards of all outpatient center should not be a matter of debate. That there is a felt need to review these regulations within such a short time from their enactment is telling and, frankly, tedious.
Please, we all recognize the various social, political and worldview issues at conflict. However, it is an expected responsibility of government and, in particular, the medical community to support reasonable standards to ensure sterility, professionalism, effective emergency procedures and transparent record keeping.
As difficult as it may be to disentagle various non-medical issues, I urge you to maintain current regulations.
