I am very sorry to hear of Delegate Cline's decision to oppose HB836 and appalled at the idea that he approves, here in the 21st century, of women being forced to give birth in chains. Aside from how barbaric and cruel this is, it is absurd to think a woman giving birth could get up and run away or try to attack someone. What is the point of this evil practice and why would anyone oppose doing away with it? It is anti-woman and inhumane in the extreme.
