Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes

The Department of Conservation, Division of Natural Heritage Resource, maintains lists of rare plants, animals and natural communities. This action will remove the lists from the Virginia Townhall, as they do not qualify as guidance documents. The lists are updated periodically throughout the year and are maintained and available on the Department's website.
