Contractors in Virginia have to pay into Virginia's employment system, by paying unemployment tax. This needs to be completely done away with, due to the tax being paid in, and nothing or almost nothing being paid out, once an employee becomes unemployed. Look at VEC's status for the last year, and taking into account all the excuses, and the numbers will show that this system is corrupt, does not function, and has failed all Virginians that were entitled to receive benefits. 
There should never be a tax that is imposed and does nothing but pay the cost to impose that tax.
 Virginia contractors and tax payers have been stolen from, and have been lied too, and therefore all that are hiding these facts need to be prosecuted for fraud.

I fill the fees should remain the same. In regard to (18 VAC 50-300ct seq.)
