If there is no electricity, you are eliminating park usage by RVs, or people with medical devices. If you visit the parks, you will notice more RV usage than tent usage AND RV users are paying a higher fee. If generator complaints are high, then reduce the hours of usage morning and evening so RVs can top off their batteries a couple of times a day. You can also establish areas where generators are not allowed. Do some bench marking to see how other states are managing this coexistence. Banning them all together is an extreme change.
