State regulatory provisions that would prohibit parents from obtaining professional help for children struggling with same sex attractions or gender disphoria are not only immoral but are also unconstitutional.  They violate fundamental rights of parents and therapists to freedom of speech and religion.  The effort to ban conversion therapy is based not on the best interests of children and their families, who are in the best position to know what is best for their children.  Please do not enact this egregious policy.
