I am a product of an amazing public school system. I went on to graduate from a public university for my undergraduate education, and then a public university for my graduate education. Each of the schools I attended allowed students to learn, without interference from politicians and other students' parents. I read everything I could get my hands on because my schools ensured that I read a variety of works--the great works and the not so great works.  Let's let the educators educate our children. It makes me sad that my grandchildren may not have the same opportunities to learn as I did. Do not open the door to censorship by passing this amendment.
