As a middle school librarian,  I find the terminology of this amendment to be vague.  It does not define several terms including sensitive and supplemental.  Both of these terms are subjective based on family values, interpretation of censorship, and what a school system considers extra materials.  Is this the library collection? Books that come with the curriculum?
