If the Virginia Board of Education is an advocate for kids, teachers, and schools, they must look carefully at the opposition to the proposed regulations as posted during this regulatory action/stage.  

Virginia is attractive to many families who have gifted youngsters.  Continue to support gifted education throughout the Commonwealth.
