Please do not adopt as written:  It is important for gifted education professors and district coordinators to have more say in the process and final regulation. It is important that districts continue to have the option to administer assessments that align with the programs and services they offer. Identifying students as early as kindergarten is not developmentally appropriate. THANK YOU!
