We can not continue to make it harder for our EMS systems/agencies to provide continuing education or initial certification courses.  The requirements have already eliminated any volunteers in my area from becoming an EMS Education Coordinator.  The time that it requires is extensive and everchanging due to OEMS regulations. 

The section on EMS education coordinator needs to be removed from this regulation and start over with the old regulation for EMT-instructor.

Please remember that our areas have all volunteer memebers that are still trying to maintain members and recruit new members, it is already too hard to do this and we are failing.  Imposing more mandates is not making this easier to accomplish.
