I support EMS providers being able to open and conceal carry firearms for self defense while performing our duites.  I personally have been assaulted while performing my duties as a Firefighter/EMT, and I know numerous other providers have been assaulted as well.  Sometimes an emergency scene turns violent very quickly and law enforcement is not always there to intervene.  Please Allow us to carry the tools we need to protect ourselves and our patients.  Thank you for reading these comments.
