The education of gifted students, including funding and curriculum should be left to the DOE.  Yearly plans and funding would be inconsistent, at best.  The gifted students of today will become strong employees for the Commonwealth later on.  Please allow my child to achieve to her highest potential by rejecting the current regulations under consideration.
