Please reject these proposed changes as written. I believe you should adapt the recommended changes to the Proposed Revisions Governing Educational Services for the Gifted as outlined by the Virginia Association of the Gifted. The leaders of the Virginia Association of the Gifted have the experience to truely understand what is best for gifted children.
