Eastern Shore resident:  Sportfishing in the lower Bay has changed greatly in the last 20 years with the number and sizes of different species constantly declining. Menhaden are vital to the health of the Bay fish and animals that consume them. Stop the over-fishing while studies are continued, before it's too late.
