The RGGI has been highly successful in generating millions of dollars in revenue for the state of Virginia.  More importantly though, it has reduced air pollution through energy efficiency measures such as weatherization and community flood prevention.  We must do all we can to protect our families and future generations as we face the reality of climate change and a rapidly warming world.
